Elena founded FORM3 ARCHITECTS on the conviction that architecture, brand, and digital experience are not separate disciplines but one continuous act of shaping how people understand a place. She carries design authorship across every engagement the practice takes on, from first concept sketch to the client's finished digital presence.
Her work has been recognised by the Architizer A+ Awards and exhibited at the Venice Biennale of Architecture. Before founding FORM3, she led design teams on large-scale mixed-use and hospitality developments across Europe and the Gulf.
