A mixed-use masterplan for a flood-prone river district, integrating water management infrastructure directly into public space.
Delta Basin reframes flood infrastructure as civic amenity: retention basins double as public parks, elevated walkways link housing blocks above the flood line, and ground-floor uses are designed to be resilient to seasonal inundation.
