A public waterfront landscape reclaiming a former industrial quay as a tidal-resilient promenade and civic gathering ground.
Harbourline Promenade reintroduces native dune grasses and a stepped, flood-tolerant edge condition capable of absorbing a 1-in-100-year storm surge without structural damage.
Lighting, seating, and signage follow the FORM3 architectural line language: thin, precise, and legible from both pedestrian and cyclist sightlines.
